Tell us what you want poured or fixed, about how large it is, and what is there now: grass, old concrete, asphalt or pavers. If you have a City of Madison sidewalk notice with paint marks, mention it and the date on the letter, since owners only have a short window to choose how the work is done. Note anything you have seen, like a panel that tips, water that pools by the garage or a surface that flakes every spring. Two or three phone photos from a few steps back help. We call back to set a time to come measure, free of charge.
